The Process
Step 1: Find a property
Whether it’s a freestanding house on a large erf, a light industrial warehouse, a run-down block of flats or an undeveloped piece of land – all the property needs is potential to become a sustainable business.
Tuhf Capital will help you refurbish or convert the property to create rental housing, retail space or a mixed-use development that offers both. We also fund new-build projects.

Once your loan is approved, registration will begin.
Remember, even if everything is done perfectly, the process from approval to bond registration can take anything from three to six months.
It’s also important to read your loan agreement carefully as it relates to drawdown conditions.
Please take note of the requirements. They need to be completed before you can start construction and draw the first funds from your loan.
