Seko Mbatha is Tuhf Capital’s Chief of Staff, where he supports strategy execution, governance coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of key business priorities.
He brings ten years of experience across property finance, affordable housing, ESG, sustainable finance, and impact investment. His career includes roles at TUHF Holdings, IBIS ESG, and KPMG South Africa, with a strong focus on inclusive urban regeneration, township property investment, affordable rental housing, and green building finance.
Seko previously served at TUHF Holdings as Financial and Development Impact Analyst, where he supported the Jobs Fund, uMastandi, and Luhaza initiatives. In this role, his work included financial reporting, impact measurement, and helping to expand access to property finance for emerging property entrepreneurs in inner-city and township markets.
He holds a BCom in Financial Management from the University of South Africa.
