Tuhf Capital assures you that it has put stringent IT security measures and access controls in place to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Tuhf Capital further assures you that it will not use or share your Personal/Special Personal Information with any service providers, or third parties outside of the limitation to which you have consented.

Tuhf Capital collects personally identifiable information, such as your ID number, e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number through its loan application forms. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Tuhf Capital. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Tuhf Capital for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Tuhf Capital website.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose Personal Information or personally sensitive data through Tuhf Capital public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Please note: Tuhf Capital does not read any of your private online communications. Tuhf Capital does not sell, rent or lease its client lists to third parties. Tuhf Capital may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you.
